Shipping and Returns

Returns:
We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return within 30 days of purchase date (after receiving an RMA).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please send us an email at cs@smassystuff.com with your order number so we can issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)  and a return shipping label for your return.
Refunds: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Exchanges: (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Claims for damaged items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise.
